6.5. Membership Discount Codes

Clients can choose to display a Discount Code entry field within their Web Integration basket, allowing users to apply promotional or membership-specific discounts during checkout.

Discount codes can be managed within the CRM by navigating to:

Main Menu → System → Lists → Membership Discount Codes

To create a new discount code, enter the code into the Add new item field and press Enter on your keyboard.

 

Once the code has been created, click the Amend icon () to open it and configure its settings.

 

The following fields are available:

• Discount Code – The code that users will enter in the Web Integration basket.
• Percentage – The percentage discount that will be applied when the code is used.
• Expiry Date – The date after which the discount code can no longer be used.
• Use on Web – Determines whether the discount code is available for use within the Web Integration.
• Membership Status – Restricts the discount code to users with a specific membership status (for example, Prospect). Leave blank to make it available regardless of membership status.
• Membership Type – Restricts the discount code to users with a specific membership type. Leave blank to make it available regardless of membership type.
• Membership Package – Restricts the discount code to a specific membership package (sale service) within the Web Integration basket.
