The Service Growth Centre allows you to manage and track the upselling of services to customers through a structured sales pipeline.
From initial prospecting through to successful conversion, Service Growth items progress through configurable sales stages, providing clear visibility of every opportunity within your business.
Users with the appropriate CRM permissions can access the Service Growth Centre to:
- view all active Service Growth opportunities,
- monitor the current status of each item,
- track progress through the sales funnel, and
- quickly identify what stage an opportunity has reached.
This ensures all relevant users have a clear and consistent understanding of ongoing sales activity and service growth opportunities across the business.
