1.10. Forgot password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it either in the main CRM application or directly from the Rubi CRM Plugin.

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email and Rubi Key, then confirm Yes.

  3. Expected Result: A message appears: “Email sent” (or an error message if there’s an issue).
