9.3. Customising boost types and defaults
Rubi System Admins can update the list of Boosts and set default values.
Edit Boost options
-
Go to Main Menu → System → Lists.
-
Locate the Membership Boost Types list.
-
Add, edit, or remove Boost types as needed.
Set default values for each Boost
Within the Membership Boost Types list, amend a Boost () opening the configuration popup to set default values:
-
Quantitative Value
-
Qualitative Value - Pre-filled from Main Menu → System → Lists -> Membership Boost Qualitative Value Types.
-
Display Notes
-
Internal Notes
When users are creating a new Boost against a Primary Record, when selecting a given Boost, these defaults will auto-populate (but can still be edited if required).
Customising Qualitative Values
The Qualitative Value field also comes with pre-filled choices. These can be amended in Main Menu → System → Lists -> Membership Boost Qualitative Value Types to better reflect your organisation’s language or grading approach.
