9.1. Overview
The Membership Boosts page allows you to record and track Boosts applied to a Primary Record.
Each Boost can capture both measurable and descriptive information, helping teams understand the numeric value and the value described in words. This can be used to showcase the value given to a Primary Record in both monetary terms and non-monetary terms, enhancing the impact the Boost provided.
What you can log
For every Boost, you can record:
-
Boost – the type of Boost applied (from a predefined list; can be customised).
-
Date Occurred – the date the Boost took place.
-
Quantitative Value – a numeric value (the monetary value).
-
Qualitative Value – a descriptive grade or label (for example, Growth via Market Access/Reduce Costs, Barriers & Risk/Showcase & Promote Excellence).
-
Display Notes – notes visible where Boosts are shown to users.
-
Internal Notes – notes for internal staff only.
Note: The Boost field is pre-filled with standard options, but you can amend it to suit your organisation.
