Understand how to send a single email interaction

It's easy to send emails within the RubiCRM system!

You can create email interactions across the CRM, whether that be against existing items such as a booking, invoice, sale pipeline, or you can create ad hoc email interactions.

When creating an email interaction against an item, simply open the item (booking/invoice/sales pipeline) and look for the speech bubble icon at the top of the pop-up.

For more information, and if creating an ad hoc email interaction, follow our guide here.

You can send email interactions via the Outlook Plugin or using the Email Service (SMTP). To send via the Email Service, you must have at least one SMTP Account set up. More information on creating and managing SMTP accounts is linked.

Understand how to send emails in bulk

The Bulk Contact tool is similar to the single email interaction tool. However, as the name suggests, you can do this in bulk!

You can load contacts into the "To" field using different methods.

1. Simply typing emails into the "To" field.

2. Select a report you have created in the Reports module.

3. Pasting ContactGUIDs into the "Paste GUID" section.

For more information, please consult the guide here, which contains a helpful video.
