HomeEvents/TrainingEvent Check In ModuleRegister based check in

7.4. Register based check in

Using the Register based check in method provides a list of your expected attendees, which you can simply tick once said attendee has arrived.

When you view the event, you will be shown all unchecked in attendees in the Uncheck In View. Ticking the tickbox next to the name of the attendee will check in the attendee. You will receive a confirmation message informing you of a successful check in.

Checking in an attendee will update the Booking Status from Active to Attended in RubiCRM. It will also update the Event Check In Module app to reflect the updated checked in / not checked in chart.

If you accidentally check in an attendee, which you did not mean to do, you can switch to the Checked In View, allowing you to untick the attendee, returning them to the Unchecked In View.

TBC Bookings

Attendees marked as TBC, so no name has yet been placed against it, will appear in the View TBC Bookings section. Only the BookingID and booking company will display instead of the name.

When you attempt to check in a TBC booking, you will be prompted to add their name.

After the Event

Once the event has concluded, any attendees who have not been checked in (still have a Booking Status of Active) will be updated to have a Booking Status of No Show.
