7.1. Overview
When updating your membership pricing, you must first update the main sale service price in Main Menu -> System -> Lists -> Sale Service list. This ensures that any new sale pipelines created in the future will use the updated main sale service price.
For existing membership sale pipelines that are due in the future, you must click the Update Sale Pipeline Prices button so that those individual sale pipelines are updated with the new price.
Only sale pipeline items that meet all of the following criteria will be updated:

Date Expected is today or later

Sale Status is set to Pipeline

Account Status is not one of the following:
-
Paid
-
Paid / Part Credited
-
Part Paid
-
Part Paid / Part Credited
-
Credit Note
-
Credited
-
Invoiced
-
Invoiced / Part Credited
-
In summary, sale pipeline items that have already been invoiced or paid will not be updated.
